Ryan Williams represents both people and corporations regarding tax problems with the IRS or the Florida Department of Revenue, commercial transactions or disputes, real estate litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, and trust, guardianship, and probate litigation.  In addition to being admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the Middle District of Florida United States Federal Court, and the United States Tax Court, Ryan holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ryan also held the positions of chairman of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Committee, treasurer of the judicial campaign, and treasurer of the St. Johns County Bar Association.

Chris has conducted investigations of serious crimes for the Public Defender in Leon County, Florida. After serving the Public Defender in 2014, Chris went to work for Florida’s Secretary of Commerce developing Florida’s economy and attracting quality jobs to the State of Florida.

Originally from Michigan, paralegal Rhonda Miller has more than 25 years of expertise in all facets of litigation at the state, federal, and appellate levels.
